Spying on your children?
26 August, 2010
Should you "spy" on your children’s Internet activity especially when you have teenagers?
The jury is out and it really is down to the parent to decide what they feel works best for them and their children. If you do wish to watch what you children are doing on social networking sites then AOL has released a service called AOL SafeSocial — allows you to monitor your child's social networking activity on sites like Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace without requiring you to friend them. Parents play a key role in assisting teens to understand the importance of creating and managing a positive online reputation.
CYBERminder™ is used to control which websites your children can see but if you wish to "watch" what they are doing then this new service would work well in conjunction to CYBERminder™ to ensure that your children are safer when they are online.
